SHIPPING GUIDELINES
- Your item will be shipped to your registered address.
- Please make sure your delivery information is up to date before checking out, and that you supply an attended address.
- Please provide your mobile phone number and the contact number of the delivery address, this will assist with the dispatch and delivery of your item.
- All items with Free Shipping will be sent with Australia Post.
- All other items will be sent with a Courier
- Tracking: you will be provided with a tracking number and contact option for the carrier, Premier House does not actively track once dispatched and received by the carrier. Customers are required to track and contact the carrier in the first instance to ensure they are aware of the status and location of their item.
- Premier House is happy to assist with any shipping and delivery issues, but accept no responsibility for delay of delivery or customers not tracking, receiving or collecting promptly.
- If you do not wish to use this service, you are welcome to pick-up or arrange your own transport, a picking, labelling and dispatch fee applies. Please note, Premier House is not liable for any loss or damage due to self-arranged collection or damage in transit.
- 3rd party carrier collection incurs a $25 handling fee for labelling and loading, (charged by the warehouse) and that any damage in transit is not covered by us
RETURN POLICY
- Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
- Note: If you are in anyway dissatisfied or have any issues with your purchase, please contact us through messages for a resolution before opening a return.
DELIVERY - COURIER
- Delivery of the Goods supplied by Premier House to you shall be taken to occur upon the Goods being unloaded at the address specified by you in your order.
- Delivery of the Goods will be 'curb side delivery only'. This means the delivery will be to the closest practical point (for the driver) of the building or a loading dock only. Upstairs, Inside or unassisted deliveries are not possible.
- We can request a call prior, however we cannot guarantee nor do we have direct contact with the driver. Please track and contact the courier customer service team.
- Delivery Fee includes one (1) delivery attempt only. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for all attempted delivery & redelivery charges incurred by Premier House as a result of your failure to be present or accept prompt delivery of goods.
- The driver will require assistance. We cannot guarantee a tailgate service without extra charge. You can request a guaranteed “tailgate” service prior to dispatch. If you do not request and pay for a tailgate service you are deemed to have accepted the delivery terms including assistance, a refusal by you or the driver will incur extra redelivery charges or a depot pick up.
- You must inspect the Goods at the time of delivery and sign for in good condition, if the item is not in good condition you must notify the driver and Premier House immediately before accepting the goods or releasing the courier. We will require photographic proof or other evidence in the event of an insurance claim. (Carton damage alone is not a reason for refusal of delivery)
INSURANCE
- Please note: shipping and insurance is offered and provided by the carrier, Premier House is not the carrier or insurer and will not be liable for any delays, damage, or denial of any claim.
- In the rare event of a product arriving damaged,a claim with the carrier or insurance provider will need to be made at the time of delivery and no later than 24 hours. Any shipping damage must be clearly noted at the time of delivery, any delays in unboxing or use will be not be considered for the damage claim eligibility.
- Please Note: By signing for or giving Authority To Leave you are accepting the product as delivered.
- This may take approximately 7-10 working days. Immediate replacement of the item is not possible until the carrier or insurer has processed and approved the claim.
- If you do not wish to use this service, you are welcome to pick-up or arrange your own transport, a picking, labelling and dispatch fee applies. Please note, Premier House is not liable for any loss or damage due to self-arranged collection or damage in transit.
AUSTRALIA POST
- Your freight will be sent via Australia Post on your behalf to the address supplied, your tracking number will appear on your sales receipt. You must use this number to track your item by logging onto the Australia Post website. Please allow 3-12 hours for tracking to show.
- If the nominated address is unattended when the driver attempts delivery, they will return the freight to the local post office and leave a card in your letterbox so you can collect it from the Post Office.
- It is the customers responsibility to track and collect promptly if required, your delivery includes one (1) delivery only, any item returned to Premier House, that requires re posting, will incur addition postage fees to the customer.
- Please note Premier House does not actively track your parcel once dispatched.
LOCAL PICK-UP / WAREHOUSE COLLECTION
Not all items available at all locations. Payment is to be made prior to pick up, either by Credit card over the phone or Direct Deposit. (Please note PAYPAL not available for this service.)
- Premier House offers local pick-up/collection for some items, if arranged prior.
- Subject to confirmation by us of stock availability at the warehouse,
- We advise customers to use our shipping service to ensure that goods are delivered safely and securely.
- Item collections will require a suitable ute or trailer, please note items can not be laid down or loaded into an unsuitable vehicle by the warehouse.
- You are most welcome to pick up. Our products are stored at an independent third-party warehouse; OHS and pickup rules apply:
- The warehouse will require a copy of your sales receipt, your vehicle rego number & a copy of your driver’s licence.

All our products are backed by a (1) Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. The warranty exceeds the consumer warranties and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Premier House warrants all new equipment to be free from defects including factory used materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability in every possible way.
How will my product fault be solved?
We aim to assist promptly and professionally. Your cooperation and patience will help us resolve your issue more quickly. Most issues are resolved promptly with customer assistance.
We will require your assistance in the first instance to "Troubleshoot". This may involve sending us photos, adjusting settings, testing and ensuring the unit has been installed and operated with best practice.
Please also ensure you have confirmed and can provide the information:
- Proof of purchase - (Please provide your date of purchase, address, model number)
- Serial Number of the unit - A Photo will be required.
- Installation – Has the unit been installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. A photo will be required. Picture of the unit showing wide shot and also the controller/Contents (if applicable)
- Operation – Has the unit been used for its primary purpose, installed, and operated accordingly. Be prepared to help “troubleshoot” the issue and provide further assistance, photos, or information.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, and items that wear out as a result of using such as blades, bearings, brushes, heating strips, and batteries.
- Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse; such as overloading of motors and stripped gears as a result of exceeding the maximum listed capacity of the machinery.
- Products that have not been maintained (for example, filters not regularly cleaned), or which have been modified.
- Damage to packaging only
- Very minor chips or superficial blemishes.
- Equipment that has been opened, serviced, or modified without Premier Houses’ prior consent.
- Items located outside of Australia.
- Items no longer in the position of the original invoice/owner (i.e.: warranties are not transferable).
